We were tasked with the construction of a new road within an industrial & residential estate, specifically to serve the needs of the buyers of the industrial zoned sites.
Our brief was to build the road to Municipal specification so that the developer could hand it over to Msunduzi Municipality on completion. We have successfully completed Phase 1 of the project & are due to commence Phase 2 shortly.
