We were appointed as the contractor to renovate a property, demolish part of a building, construct new concrete floors, tar & concrete driveway, prepare for the installation of a new weighbridge, upgrade the storm water management, upgrade the fire system, & construct steel reinforced concrete bases & stub columns for the steel structure to be mounted on.
The main challenge was to work around another operating business on the property during the reconstruction phases.
Our experienced team worked closely with the business owner & staff to ensure the disruptions to their business was kept to a minimum.
