Challenge: A prominent law firm needed to move from the CBD to a prestigious office location at VCCE. As property owners, we were entrusted with creating a custom office space that perfectly suited their needs.

“Dealing with Garth Ware and Profile Property in the construction of our new offices was an extremely positive experience.
When we were in the process of considering a move to new premises out of the CBD, Garth was able to present us with an attractive proposal for a new build in an ideal business park located in an attractive valley a short distance from town, surrounded by forests and stunning views.
The building was specifically designed by an architect to meet the exact needs and aspirations of our firm and we insisted on some unusual structural and features and finishes, including a staircase suspended from the roof.
At all times, we enjoyed the benefit of Garth’s dynamic thinking. He readily came up with solutions to arcane problems and simply “making it work”. Nothing was impossible. While we largely adhered to the original design of the building, slight adjustments to the build were needed, which the Profile Property team was able to accommodate without undue stress and with commendable attention to detail.
