A greenfields project designed and built to meet the client’s specific operational needs, this turnkey development included a guardhouse, offices, staff facilities, workshop, stores, and washbay—covering approximately 500m² under roof on a 5 450m² site. Our scope spanned the full journey from earthworks and design through to engineering and final handover.
